About this Gig
Once I conduct a thorough search of the USPTO public filing system to ensure there are no conflicting marks or prior art, I will proceed with preparing your application. Within the specified timeframe, I will provide you with the necessary form to submit to the USPTO. Please note that the USPTO charges additional filing fees, which will either increase for each class of goods you elect to include in your application or will be fixed for patent depending on your entity status. For Trademark, if you choose to add more classes of goods, the filing fee will also increase accordingly. For Patent, if you are a micro entity instead of a small entity, you will pay significantly reduced filing fees.
