I will work with you to create a customized training plan that works for you and where you're at right now on the bike.

1. Customized coaching tailored to you and your goals
2. Regular communication where we can discuss race tactics, mental preparation, nutrition, course-specific strategy, and anything else you'd like

It can be frustrating putting in a lot of hours on the bike and seeing little to no progress. 

I can help you overcome that. I have raced bikes for the past 14 years all over the US and internationally, in almost every discipline. I'm a Cat 1 in XC and Cat 2 on the road. I self-coach and have coached and mentored friends and teammates. Some of my favorite experiences are helping people push themselves and watching them achieve goals they thought were out of reach.
