A tailored German-law contract for your actual business arrangement.
I am Dr. Adam S. Dampc, Rechtsanwalt, a German lawyer. I draft clear agreements in German or English, based on structured instructions about the parties, commercial terms and intended transaction.
Examples include NDAs, service and freelancer agreements, employment contracts, distribution arrangements and licences. Choose the package that matches the stated document scope and support: a contract draft; drafting with consultation; or drafting with a defined review of a counterparty revision.
You receive an editable document and PDF. Included revision rounds, consultation time, delivery and language options are specified in the package. All packages receive the same professional care.
This gig concerns one agreed contract under German law. Notarial transactions, M&A, multiple-contract structures, additional jurisdictions and direct negotiations need a separate defined service.

FAQ
Which law and languages are included?
The standard scope is one contract under German law in German or English. A bilingual version is included only when selected as an agreed fixed-price option. Additional jurisdictions need a separate service.
What counts as a revision?
One round means one consolidated set of comments on the same agreed transaction. New contracts or a new transaction are additional work. Necessary clarification and correction of my own errors are included.
Will I receive editable files?
Yes. The deliverables are an editable contract and PDF. Consultation and review of a counterparty version are included only to the extent stated in the selected package.
Which package should I choose?
Match both value and pages: EUR 5,000/5 pages, EUR 15,000/10 pages or EUR 50,000/15 pages. One page means 250 words. I confirm the appropriate contract value and complete fixed-price scope before purchase.
What is outside the package?
Notarial deeds, M&A, multiple contracts, direct negotiations, litigation and additional jurisdictions require a separately defined service. Please contact me before ordering if any of these apply.
