Your selected package defines the source-word count, document format, delivery time and included revision. You receive a carefully checked translation using consistent terminology and an appropriate professional style.
Translation does not automatically include legal advice, contract review or adaptation to a different legal system. Those are separate services. A translation is not a sworn or certified translation unless that has been explicitly agreed and confirmed.
Please provide the source document, language direction, intended use, required format and deadline before ordering. Scans, handwritten text, specialist terminology and formatting requirements should be identified so the package scope is clear before purchase.

Which language directions do you offer?
German to English and English to German. Legal translation from Polish to German is available through the separate Polish-language gig.
Does the translation include legal advice?
No. Translation reproduces the source meaning. Legal review, advice and adaptation to another legal system are separate services.
Is the translation certified?
A sworn or certified translation is not included unless expressly agreed and confirmed. Tell me the intended use and any certification requirement before purchase.
Which package should I choose?
The rate is USD 10 per 100 source words. Main packages cover 1,000/2,500/5,000 words at USD 100/250/500. Smaller documents can receive a fixed offer at the same word rate; direction and final count are agreed first.
Which files and formats can you work with?
Editable source files are preferred. Please identify scans, handwriting and special layout needs before ordering. The source word count, output format and delivery scope are agreed before purchase.
Who handles the legal translation?
I am Dr. Adam S. Dampc, Rechtsanwalt, a German lawyer. I review meaning, legal terminology and consistency. This translation service does not include an opinion on the legal validity of the source document.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision addresses corrections and agreed terminology in the translated source text. Newly added or rewritten source material and a separate review of an existing translation require a separately agreed scope.
