Stocky has shut down. Can I still get my data out?
Yes, for now. Shopify gives read-only access to export your data for at least 90 days after August 31, 2026. I pull every report you need before that window closes. (Shopify Help Center)
Will my old purchase orders move into Shopify?
Not as live records. Shopify can't import historical purchase orders, and its CSV upload only adds line items to a new draft PO. I rebuild your open POs and save your history as clean files. (Shopify Help Center)
Can you move my suppliers?
Stocky has no supplier export, so I rebuild your suppliers by hand in Shopify or your new app and link them to the right products. (Shopify Help Center)
Should I use Shopify's built-in tools or a new app?
It depends on your setup. Single stores with few SKUs may be fine with Shopify's built-in tools, while multi-location stores or those with complex reordering often need a planning layer. I tell you which fits before you pay. (Prediko)
Shopify's POs don't tell me what to reorder. Can you fix that?
Yes. The native PO tool is free but has no reorder logic, and there's no guided stocktake. I set reorder points per variant and a low-stock view, or set up an app that does it for you. (Shopify Community)
Why does receiving stock now take extra steps?

My product costs look wrong since I left Stocky. Why?

Will my store or POS stop selling during the migration?
No. The work runs in the background while you keep selling. I update counts during quiet hours and check every location when I finish.
What do you need from me to start?
I need collaborator access to your Shopify admin, any Stocky exports you already have, your list of locations and the Stocky features you used most. Everything is handled in Fiverr messages, so no calls are needed.
