FAQ
Do I need a GoHighLevel account first?
Yes. I work inside your sub-account through a user invite. Agency admin access isn't needed.
What moves over, and what doesn't?
Contacts, tags and custom field values come over through a CSV import. Funnels, workflows and pipelines are rebuilt inside GHL. Past email and SMS conversation history and old reporting don't carry over.
Will my current site go down during the move?
No. Your old platform stays live until we point your domain at GHL, which is the last step.
How do you know the fix worked?
I run a test contact through every workflow I touch and record the result, so you see it fire before I hand over.
