What access do you need from me?
I need access to your Facebook Lead Ads form (as an editor), your CRM (temporary access or I can guide you through setup), and a Zapier/Make account (Free tier works for testing). I never ask for passwords—I use account sharing.
I don't have a Zapier or Make account. Can you help?
Yes. I'll guide you through creating a free account. Zapier has a free tier that works for basic automations. For higher volume, you may need a paid plan.
What happens if my CRM isn't listed?
Most CRMs work with Zapier or Make. Message me with your CRM name and I'll check compatibility before you order.
How do I know the automation works?
I test everything before delivery. You'll receive a test lead that I trigger manually, and you'll see it appear in your CRM or Google Sheets instantly. Screenshots provided.
Can you set up offline conversion tracking?
Yes—offline conversion tracking is included in my Premium package. When a lead becomes a customer in your CRM, I send that data back to Meta Ads so Facebook learns which ads actually close deals
Is this a one-time setup or monthly?
This is a one-time setup fee. Once the automation is built, it runs automatically. If you later change your form fields or CRM structure, I offer maintenance separately.
