Can you keep my Wix or Weebly animations exactly as they are?
Wix and Weebly animations are built on their own systems and can't be copied directly. I recreate the same look and feel on Shopify using code that works natively there, so the result matches or improves on your original.
Will my website go down during the transfer?
No. I build the new store separately while your current site stays live. You only switch the domain once you've approved everything.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
I set up 301 redirects (Standard and Premium) and keep your page titles, descriptions, and URL structure as close as possible to protect your SEO. Some temporary ranking movement after any migration is normal.
Do I need a Shopify account first?
Yes. You can start a free trial and add me as a staff member or collaborator. I'll guide you through it. You'll own the store and everything in it.
Will animations slow down my store?
I use lightweight CSS, JavaScript, and GSAP, and I test speed after setup. I won't add heavy effects that hurt your loading time or mobile experience.
Can you transfer my products, customers, and orders?
I transfer products, collections, images, pages, and blog posts. Customer and order history depends on your platform's export options. Send me your export files and I'll confirm what can be imported.
What if I don't have my content or images?
I can pull images and text from your existing site. If you want new content written or photos taken, that's not included but we can discuss it separately.
Do you work with any Shopify theme?
Yes. I can use your current theme, a free one, or a premium theme you've purchased. Some themes handle animation better than others, and I'll recommend the right one for your goals.
What happens after delivery?
You get a clean, editable store. Revisions are included in each package, and Premium includes 14 days of post-launch support plus a walkthrough video so you can manage it yourself.
What isn't covered by this gig?
Custom app development, headless Shopify builds, logo design, product photography, ad setup, and ongoing maintenance are outside this scope. If you need any of them, message me first and I'll quote them separately.
