1. What do you need to start the project?
I need your page list, logo, brand colors, final text and images, contact details, preferred website examples, and required features. WordPress or hosting access will also be needed when the project begins.
2. Can you build a new website or redesign an existing one?
Yes. I can create a new WordPress website or redesign an existing one to improve its appearance, structure, responsiveness, and usability.
3. What types of websites do you design?
I design corporate and professional websites for companies, agencies, consultants, doctors, lawyers, engineers, personal brands, educators, and tourism businesses.
4. Will you provide the website content, logo, or images?
You should provide your page list, final text, logo, brand colors, images, contact details, preferred website examples, and required features. If needed, I can use placeholder text and royalty-free images. Copywriting, translation, logo design, and custom graphics are separate services.
5. Are domain and hosting included?
No. Domain and hosting are not included. You can purchase them yourself, and I can help you choose suitable options and guide you through the initial setup. My package price covers website design and development.
6. Are Elementor Pro or premium licenses included?
By default, I use Elementor Free with a lightweight free theme. If a premium tool would benefit your project, you can use an existing valid license or purchase one after we discuss it. I never use nulled software.
7. Will I be able to edit my website easily?
Yes. Your website will be fully editable using WordPress and Elementor, and no programming skills are required. I also provide a short video tutorial showing how to manage basic content.
8. Do you provide support after the website is completed?
Yes. I provide 30 days of support to ensure your website functions smoothly and to answer basic questions. Bugs found within 30 days of delivery will be fixed free of charge. New pages, new features, content changes, or issues caused by third-party issues require a separate order.
9. What do revisions include?
Revisions include reasonable design and content adjustments within the agreed scope. New pages, new functionality, or a completely different design direction are not included as revisions.
10. Are SEO and speed optimization included?
I build the website with an SEO-friendly structure and basic performance best practices. Full SEO services, keyword research, content SEO, Core Web Vitals optimization, and guaranteed speed or ranking results are not included.
