Do I need to know how to code?
No. I handle all the technical setup. You'll just need access to your hosting/server and a Meta Business account (I can guide you through creating one if you don't have it yet).
Will this replace WhatsApp Business app?
No, this works alongside it. This connects WhatsApp's official Cloud API to your own server for automation — your regular WhatsApp Business app keeps working as normal.
Do I need to pay Meta or WhatsApp anything extra?
WhatsApp's Cloud API has its own pricing for messages sent outside the free tier, set directly by Meta — separate from my service fee. I'll explain exactly what to expect for your use case before we start.
What do I need to provide before we start?
Access to your web hosting (cPanel/FTP) and a Meta Business account. If you don't have either set up, I can walk you through it as part of the order.
Can you customize the auto-replies for my specific business?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include customized message templates and reply logic based on what your business actually needs — not generic placeholders.
