My background:
I am an educational journeyman, with experience teaching 6th grade special education, adjuncting at the college level. I was once the director of an academic support program for neurodivergent students at a liberal arts college.
I have worked with countless ADHDers looking for extra support and guidance to become their best self. I believe in holistic, authentic, and collaborative work relationships.

Do I need to do a lot of chatting during our session?
Entirely up to you! Everyone works better in different circumstances, so I will work within your comfort level.
Do I need to be on cam the entire session?
I want to work with your comfort level; however, I find it's best when we're able to see each other to maintain that level of accountability needed to be successful.
What will you be doing during our sessions?
I have plenty of work to do in my work space, lol. I'm always editing a video or podcast audio, website work, social media posting, etc.
Are these sessions confidential?
Yes. You're contracting me for these body-doubling sessions, so that time is yours and nothing will be communicated to anyone else.
