Messy contact lists can create duplicate CRM records and extra admin work. I will clean one Excel or CSV contact list and prepare it for your supplied CRM import template.
Included: up to 100 rows and 10 columns, one sheet, and one revision.
You receive:

- Duplicate rows separated into a review sheet
- Consistent spacing, capitalization and agreed date/phone formatting

I preserve the source data and flag uncertain matches instead of guessing or deleting them. Email checks cover format only, not inbox deliverability.
This is file preparation. Live CRM access/import, lead sourcing, enrichment, email sending, macros and automation setup are not included. Please message me before ordering if your file has formulas, multiple sheets or more than 100 rows.

Will you import the file into my CRM?
This Gig prepares files only. Send your CRM import template and field rules so I can map the columns. You receive the prepared CSV, cleaned workbook and issue log. Live CRM changes and import testing are not included.
How do you handle duplicates and missing information?
We agree on a matching key, such as email or contact ID. Confirmed duplicates go into a separate review sheet. Conflicting details and possible matches are flagged. I do not invent missing information or verify that email inboxes exist.
