Only what you give me — your hours, services, pricing, and policies. It's grounded in your real business facts and instructed never to invent information, so it won't make promises you didn't make.
Do I own the code and the website?
Yes, fully. Source code is delivered to you, and the finished site deploys to a hosting account you control.
What does it cost to run the AI chatbot after launch?
The chatbot runs on a pay-as-you-go AI API. For a typical small-business site this is usually a few dollars a month, not a large recurring cost — I'll walk you through the setup so you're billed directly, with no markup from me.
I don't have my content/copy ready — can you still start?
Yes, for Standard and Premium packages I help structure and draft the content with you as part of the build. Basic package requires your copy up front.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes revision rounds during the build. After delivery, small tweaks can be handled as a quick add-on; larger changes are scoped as a new order.
Do you handle the domain and hosting setup?
I deploy the site to a live URL as part of every package. If you want a custom domain connected, let me know in the requirements — it's a quick add-on.
