I offer to do distance sessions with New Energies (modern form of magnetism), vibratory modalities teached by Mr François Constanty ( I was trained in his formation twice).
Experiencing the new energies is a way to improve your vitality and health, they have a powerfull potential of transformation and liberation.
A distance energy session is as efficient as in presence. It is a convenient manner to receive them, and with halo effect you are of service to your surrounding, and contribute to global rise of consciousness.

How do I prepare to the energy session?
5 minutes before the session, lie down and close your eyes. The session lasts 30 minutes. To enjoy the energies fully, I recommand you to be quiet, to turn off your phone so you won’t be disturbed. Ideally, lie down on your bed, or sit down in a comfortable sofa or chair.
What do I have to do during the session?
Relax and be curious of possible sensations : waves of energy in your body, gurglins, involuntary moves of your eyes or fingers, tingling, cold or heat sensation, colours… Be open to receive The best attitude during the session is to be open to receive, without tensing up on a particular result.
What happens after the session?
A session, by setting free what needs to be liberated, can for some people generate a little «detox » effect. The next day can occur uncomfortable reactions in your body (healing crisis), or emotionnal rises (Blues or anger). They are the sign that something is being transformed
Wich benefits can I wait with new energies?
Listen to your body and emotions on the days, weeks that will follow the session. You may notice changes in your body, or in your relationships : what used to upset you doesn’t affect you anymore for exemple, you are more zen.
