I will set up calendly or acuity booking with stripe and wordpress
Technical Marketing Specialist for Automations and Web Systems
About this Gig
Solving Scheduling & Payment Friction:
Manual email scheduling and unpaid no-shows drain billable hours. I configure automated booking funnels using Calendly, Acuity Scheduling, or Cal.com integrated directly with Stripe / PayPal checkout, Google Calendar / Outlook 365, Zoom / Google Meet, and your WordPress (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg) or Webflow website.
Technical Architecture Configured:
- Two-Way Calendar Conflict Sync: Real-time availability checks across Google Workspace, Office 365, and iCloud to prevent double-booking.
- Upfront Payment Gateways: Mandatory Stripe or PayPal deposit collection before a calendar slot is confirmed.
- Responsive Website Embeds: Inline widget, pop-up text, or floating badge embedded into WordPress or Webflow without theme CSS conflicts.
- Webhook & CRM Automation (Premium): Instant booking payload forwarding (JSON POST) to n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, or Google Sheets.

FAQ
Do I need a paid Calendly or Acuity plan before ordering?
Free accounts work for 1 basic event type and Google/Outlook sync. However, if you want Stripe/PayPal payment collection, multiple event types, SMS reminders, or webhook automations, you will need a paid plan (Calendly Standard/Teams or Acuity Emerging/Growing).
Can you embed the scheduler cleanly onto my WordPress or Webflow site?
Yes. In the Standard and Premium packages, I embed your booking flow as an inline calendar, pop-up button, or floating widget on WordPress (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg), Webflow, or Squarespace without breaking your mobile layout or CSS.
Can you require clients to pay via Stripe or PayPal before booking?
Yes. I connect your live Stripe or PayPal merchant account directly to your event types so clients must complete their deposit or full payment at checkout before the calendar time slot is confirmed
Can you send booking data to my CRM, Google Sheets, or Airtable?
es. In the Premium package, I configure webhooks (via n8n, Make.com, or Zapier) to automatically push new bookings, intake answers, and Stripe payment statuses directly into HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, or Google Sheets
How do I share account access safely without giving out my password?
You can invite my email as an Admin/Team Member inside Calendly or Acuity, and generate a Temporary Admin login link (using the "Temporary Login Without Password" plugin) for your WordPress site
