Which platforms do you manage?
I manage Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and LinkedIn. YouTube is available as an add-on or through my separate YouTube gig.
How many posts will I get each month?
It depends on your package: 12 posts (Starter), 20 posts (Growth), or 30 posts (Full Service). Message me if you need a custom amount.
Do you create graphics and videos?
My packages cover strategy, captions, hashtags, scheduling, and publishing. Designed graphics, carousels, and video edits are available as paid extras, so you only pay for what you need.
Do you need my account passwords?
No. I never ask for passwords. I work through scheduling tools or collaborator access that you can remove at any time.
Will I get to approve the content before it goes live?
Yes. I send your content calendar for approval within the first 3-5 days, and nothing is published until you're happy with it.
Can you guarantee followers or sales?
No honest social media manager can guarantee results, and I won't buy fake followers. What I guarantee is consistent, strategic content, active engagement, and clear reporting so you can see what's working.
How do we communicate during the month?
Through Fiverr messages. I reply within the same day, and Full Service clients also get a strategy call.
What happens after the first month?
If you're happy, you can reorder for the next month, and I'll use the previous month's results to improve your content.
Do you handle paid ads?
Not in these packages. This gig covers organic social media management only.
