Will the workbook update automatically?
Yes. After you enter rent, payments, and expenses in the input tables, formulas update the balances, totals, and reports included in your package.
Can it track partial rent payments?
Yes. Basic uses a cumulative amount-paid field for each rent entry. Standard and Premium include a dated payment log for individual full or partial payments. Monthly collections follow payment dates.
How many rental units can I track?
Basic covers 1 unit, Standard up to 5, and Premium up to 15. One unit is one separately rented house, flat, or room. A building with 5 separately rented flats counts as 5 units.
What software do I need?
You need Microsoft Excel. Please share your Excel version and whether you use Windows or Mac before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
Can you use my preferred currency?
Yes. I will format the workbook in one preferred currency. Automatic conversion between currencies is outside the listed package scope.
Will it connect to my bank or collect rent payments?
The listed packages use manual record entry. They help track payments you have received; they do not connect to bank accounts or collect money from tenants.
Are tax calculations or Airbnb booking features included?
These packages cover monthly rent and expense tracking. Tax calculations, tax filing, Airbnb booking management and platform integrations are outside the listed scope.
What does a revision include?
A revision adjusts the layout, fields or calculations within the agreed scope. New features and additional reports need a separate quote. Errors in the agreed calculations will be corrected.
