Vue or Nuxt - which do you recommend?
Depends on your needs. Nuxt adds server-side rendering, which matters for SEO and initial load speed; plain Vue is lighter and faster to build if SEO isn't a priority (an internal dashboard, for example). I'll recommend one once I know your use case.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Yes, including projects built or partially built with AI tools (Bolt, Lovable, Cursor, v0, Replit). Share the repo and I'll review what's there before quoting.
Do you build the backend too, or just the frontend?
