When will you start working on my project?
Work begins immediately once you submit your project requirements, technical drawings, design sketches, or measurement sheets. Please ensure all design references are attached when placing your order.
Can you start work if I don't have exact measurements or fabric stretch data?
Absolutely! I can guide you through the process. Just provide an inspirational image or a basic description of what you need, and I will use standard international charts to build your base pattern structure perfectly.
I only need one sample size for initial development first, and a full size set later. How should I proceed?
You can comfortably order the Basic package to develop your sample size blueprint first. Once your physical sample fit is approved by your brand, you can place a subsequent order for just the size grading run.
What happens if I need pattern corrections during the factory production stage?
To protect your production line, you can message me directly in the inbox to request technical adjustments. For extensive styling modifications after delivery, we can easily set up a small custom order.
Do you accept design changes as a standard revision?
Standard revisions cover fit refinements, silhouette adjustments, and pattern tune-ups. Major design restructuring or changing the entire garment style after the pattern is finalized falls outside of standard revisions and requires an add-on.
Can you provide clear instructions for my sample maker to secure buyer approval?
