Absolutely. This is exactly how I work. I regularly import .DWG, .RVT, .STEP, and .IGES files. I will use your P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and PFDs as the "single source of truth" to ensure every pipe, valve, and vessel in the animation.
Do you have specific experience creating 3D oil and gas animation videos for refineries or offshore rigs?

My standard turnaround for a 60-second 3D industrial animation is 7 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of the modeling required. However, if you already have 3D models ready to go, I can deliver much faster. Message me before ordering with your deadline.
What if our engineers review the video and find technical discrepancies in the pipe routing or equipment?
I expect this. Engineering accuracy is a process. That is why my packages include revision rounds specifically for technical corrections. Whether it's adjusting a valve orientation or changing a flow path, I work directly with your engineering team until the 3D animation is 100% physically accurate.
Why does a 3D oil and gas animation cost more than a standard 2D animated explainer?
Because standard 2D explainers use simple vector graphics. Industrial 3D requires high-poly modeling, complex UV mapping, realistic PBR materials (steel, carbon fiber, glass), advanced lighting, and fluid/particle simulations (smoke, fire, liquid flow).
