We are an OEM. Can you animate our machine using our native SolidWorks or CATIA files?
Yes. I regularly import heavy industrial CAD assemblies via .STEP, .IGES, or .FBX formats. I know how to optimize massive CAD files so they don't crash the animation software, while retaining all your critical mechanical details.
Our manufacturing process happens inside a sealed chamber (e.g., mixing, extruding). Can you show that?
Absolutely. This is my specialty. I use transparent or "ghosted" materials for the machine housing so the viewer can see the raw materials entering, being processed by the internal augers/blades, and exiting as a finished product.
We want to protect our proprietary tooling design. Can you animate the machine without showing the inside?
Of course. I can create a "black box" animation where we show the material going in, the machine operating (with exterior pistons and motors moving), and the finished product coming out, without ever exposing your internal IP.
We need this for our website and for a trade show. Can the 3D industrial process video be used for both?
Yes. I typically render in 4K resolution with cinematic lighting. For the trade show, we can add bolder text overlays and dynamic sound effects to grab attention from afar. For the website, I can provide a version with a professional voiceover explaining the process step-by-step.
