Do I need to pay for n8n?
Not necessarily. n8n can run on your own server for free, or on n8n Cloud with a monthly plan. I help you pick the right setup.
Do I need to give you my Shopify login?
No. I only need a Shopify app or API access with the permissions the workflow requires. You stay in control and can revoke it anytime.
Can you connect apps other than Shopify?
Yes, if the app has an API or an n8n integration, for example Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, HubSpot or your accounting tool. Message me to confirm.
Which AI models do you use for the support agent?
The agent can run on OpenAI, Anthropic or Google models. You need your own API key, and the usage costs are billed by the provider.
What if my workflow breaks later?
Every package includes support after delivery. For ongoing changes and monitoring, message me for a monthly maintenance offer.
Will I own the workflows?
Yes. The workflows run in your n8n account and you get a short video walkthrough so your team can understand and edit them.
