Manual QA Tester: Front End and Back Office Testing
About this Gig
I provide MANUAL QA testing for web applications, focused on functional reliability and real user interaction.
I test key user flows, feature paths, buttons, links, and interactions to identify issues that may block users or affect product behavior before release.
Scope depends on the selected package:
Basic : focused testing of core user flows and obvious functional issues
Standard : testing of new or updated features and their directly affected flows
Premium : broader testing of features plus key end-to-end user flows for overall release stability
Testing may include functionality checks, browser compatibility, responsiveness, and practical usability observations related to blocked actions or unclear flows.
You receive a clear bug report with reproducible steps and visual evidence where useful.
This service is focused on manual functional QA within a defined scope. It does not include automation, security testing, load/performance testing, or full unlimited regression testing.

FAQ
How long does the testing take?
Testing time depends on the selected package and project scope. Delivery time for each package is shown on the gig page.
Will you test data accuracy in reports/back-office?
Basic data checks may be included when relevant to the tested flows. Deep or large-scale data validation is not included by default and should be discussed in advance.
Do you provide screenshots or recordings?
Yes, when they help clarify an issue. Screenshots or recordings are included where useful, but not for every single finding.
Can I discuss the report or ask questions about it?
Yes. You can ask questions or request clarification about the findings in the report. This does not include re-testing, fix verification, or expanding the original scope.
What exactly do you test?
I perform manual functional testing of websites and web applications. Depending on the package, this may include core user flows, new or updated features, buttons, forms, links, and related interactions.
Is this full testing of my entire product?
No. Testing is performed within a defined scope and timeframe. Full product testing would need to be discussed separately in advance.
Do you do automation, performance, or security testing?
No. This service focuses on manual QA only. Automation, performance/load, and security testing are not included.
Do you test design or UI?
I do not review visual design or pixel-perfect UI. I may note usability issues when they create confusion or block user flows.
What does a revision include?
Revisions are for clarifying questions about the delivered report. Re-testing, fix verification, or expanding the scope are not included as revisions.
When do you start working on the order?
I start once all required access and information is provided.
