Of course yes, I will help you in creating your new ads account but i can't give you guarantee for account suspension(only for new ads account).
What is daily budget?
It specifies how much you are roughly comfortable spending each day on your ads .
How will you access my google ads account?
I will Guide you step By Step How to give access The Second Method Is that you will have to share the customer id (10 digit number) of your google ads account. Then i will send you the request from my manager account you have to accept it.
