This type of suspension is related to your billing info and can be due to several reasons like if Google was unable to verify the payment method you added. You need to contact Google customer support to resolve this. I won't be able to help regarding this.

This happens due to a malicious script, links, or files injected into your website code. If your ads get disapproved after I set up the campaign, Contact your web developer to remove these malicious links from the website & then contact Google ads customer support for the re_approval of ads.

No, I can only guarantee targeted traffic, clicks, and views. Purchasing power is only in the hands of the visitor, and it cannot be controlled. Sales will depend on your landing page, your product/service, pricing, competition, and other marketing variables.

The ad spend is separate from the management fee. The daily/monthly budget is not included in my packages
