My slicer keeps showing errors even after I repaired it myself. Can you still fix it?
Yes. Most self-repair attempts using free online tools like Meshmixer or Tinkercad only fix surface-level errors. I go deeper, manually work on the file to avoid such.
How do I know if my file is too damaged to repair?
Send it to me before ordering. I will inspect it for free and give you an honest answer within hours. I will never take your money for a file I cannot fix.
Will the repaired file look exactly like my original design?
Yes. I only fix the mesh errors. I never alter your geometry, dimensions or design. What goes in comes out identical, just clean and printable.
What if the file still fails after you repair it?
That will not happen. But if it does, I will fix it again for free until your printer accepts it. No arguments, no excuses.
My file is confidential. Is it safe to send?
Completely. Your file is used only to complete your order and deleted immediately after delivery. I do not store, share or use client files for any other purpose.
