Basic structural notes can be added. For full engineering, I’ll have to coordinate with or refer a licensed consultant, which would be an extra cost.
Will these drawings guarantee permit approval?
I provide accurate, code-compliant drawings, but final approval depends on your city’s review process.
Do I need to provide anything?
A sketch with measurements and photos of the existing space, and city/property info (APN, address, etc.) to get started.
