What will I receive from you?
You'll receive a conceptual design package that may include: Site analysis Floor plans or layout concepts 3D massing or visualizations Design rationale and explanation of how it fits the surrounding area
Do you provide detailed construction drawings?
No, my service focuses on the conceptual stage of design. If you need detailed blueprints for construction or permit submission, you’ll need to work with a licensed architect or engineer.
