How fast can you proofread my document(s)?
Depending on the length of your printed matter, you could have it proofread and edited in as little as 2-12 hours. My fast turnaround time has benefited many creative groups, college students, large companies, lawyers, and those with immediate proofreading and editing needs.
What do I get when you are done with my Book/Document?
Two Word documents. One with changes shown (change tracker) and one with changes applied. You need Word or a program that can see edits made.
Do you offer revisions for your book proofreading and editing?
Yes, you get unlimited revisions to my edits and notes (but not new content). Only for the standard and premium service.
Are my documents kept confidential?
Without question! Yes and I will be happy to sign one that you or your legal team has drafted as well. I'm only interested in proofreading and editing your documents.
With which types of proofreading styles are you familiar?
My proofreading and editing skills are familiar with the most common proofreading styles, including but not limited to AP Style, APA Style, CMS, MLA Style. Upon request, I will follow the guidelines of a specific style guide that you expect.
How can I be sure you haven't missed anything?
I will work closely with you to devise a custom editing strategy that’s built for your needs. I can enhance your writing to develop its clarity, style, and readability, or I can preserve your natural writing voice while proofreading to improve the writing's syntax, sentence variety, and word flow.
