Premium domains, e-commerce, booking systems, dashboards, advanced integrations, copywriting and additional languages are not included.

Is this a one-time website payment?
One Fiverr order covers the complete website and all included services for 12 months. To keep the domain, hosting and maintenance active after 12 months, the package is renewed through a new Fiverr order at the same package price for the same scope. The renewal is not automatic.
Why is the website price so affordable?
This service uses an annual package model. Instead of charging a high website development fee and requiring you to arrange hosting separately, I provide the website, domain, hosting and basic maintenance under one affordable 12-month package.
What happens after the first 12 months?
You can renew the same package through Fiverr for another 12 months. The renewal price is the same package price when the website scope remains unchanged.
What happens if I do not renew?
The hosting, domain management and maintenance service will end when the active 12-month period expires. You can request a copy of the website files before expiration. Migration to another hosting provider is not included and can be ordered separately.
Is the domain included?
One available standard-priced domain is included or connected for the active 12-month period. Premium domains, domains owned by another person and domain extensions with unusually high registration or renewal fees are not included.
Will I own the website and domain?
Yes. You receive the finished website files. Where possible, the domain will be registered using your ownership information. The annual package pays for keeping the domain, hosting and included technical services active.
Is this a WordPress website?
No. The website is custom coded for better speed, security and control. WordPress, page builders and an administration dashboard are not included in these packages.
Can I edit the website myself?
The standard packages do not include a content management dashboard. Minor text and image updates are included during the active 12-month service period according to the selected package. A custom editing system can be quoted separately.
Do you provide the website text and images?
You must provide the main website text, business details, logo and available images. I will organize and format the supplied content. Full copywriting, logo design and custom photography are separate services.
What does basic maintenance include?
Basic maintenance includes hosting management, SSL checks, backups, basic security monitoring and the limited number of minor content updates included in your package. New pages, redesigns, new functions and extensive content changes are not considered maintenance.
