What if I only have a sketch or photos, but no 3D CAD file?
This gig is strictly for rendering and animation and requires an existing 3D model (STL, OBJ, STEP, or 3DM). If you don't have one, please check out our CAD Modeling gig or message us, and we can build the 3D model for you from scratch!
Can you show the ring in different metal colors in the same video?
Yes! For our premium product showcases, we can create seamless metal color transitions (e.g., sweeping from white gold to rose gold) to show off all your product variations in one video.
My CAD file has prongs standing straight up. Will the render look like that?
No, we handle basic digital "stone setting" before rendering. We will bend the prongs down over the stones digitally so your final images look like a finished, physically manufactured piece of jewelry.
What kind of backgrounds do you provide for the images and videos?
For standard e-commerce renders, we provide pure white or solid black backgrounds. We can also provide transparent backgrounds (PNG) so your team can drop the jewelry into any marketing material. For premium videos, we can create custom environments.
