Follow HIPPA guidelines as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist, i manage incoming payments, invoice clients, track payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring the company's cash flow is healthy and records are accurate, often using accounting software and collaborating with sales and customers to resolve billing issues. My work involves daily tasks like generating invoices, posting transactions, making deposits, and preparing reports, all while maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies. 

My Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing: Create and send accurate invoices to customers.
• Collections: Contact clients about past due invoices and negotiate payment plans.
• Payment Processing: Record and apply customer payments correctly.
• Reconciliation
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer account records and transaction logs.
• Reporting: Generate reports on aging accounts, collections, and revenue.
• Internal & External Communication: Work with sales, accounting, and directly with customers to resolve discrepancies.
