What's your design process?
Discovery brief → 2-3 moodboards → logo concepts → refinement → final identity system + brandbook. I share progress at each stage so you're never surprised.
What file formats will I receive?
AI, EPS, SVG (vector source) plus PNG, JPEG, and PDF for web and print. All packages include editable source files.
Do you provide a brand style guide / brand guidelines document?
Yes. The brandbook (PDF) covers logo usage, color codes, typography, do's and don'ts, and is included from the Standard package up.
What's included in your brand identity package?
Primary and secondary logos, full color palette, typography system, visual elements, mockups, plus a brandbook covering usage rules. Premium adds social templates, business cards, and brand voice notes.
Do I own the full commercial rights?
Yes. Per Fiverr's Terms, you receive exclusive commercial rights to the final brand identity once the order is marked complete.
What do you need from me to start?
For converstation starter: a brief (business name, what you do, your audience, 3–5 brand references you love, and any existing assets). You will be asked to complete a questionnaire after you place the order.
Can I hop on a call before ordering?
Yes, absolutely. If you want to discuss your project on the call, message me before ordering and I'll arrange it.
How fast can you deliver if I'm on a tight timeline?
Standard delivery is built around doing the work properly — 7 to 14 days depending on the package. If you need it sooner, message me with your deadline before ordering and I'll let you know what's realistic without cutting corners.
