I will design smart glasses ar glasses frame temple and electronics enclosure cad

About this gig
Your PCB, battery and camera are picked. Now they need a smart glasses frame that fits around them.
I design smart glasses and AR glasses frames, temples and electronics enclosures in SolidWorks and CATIA V5, built around the component sizes or STEP files you send.
What I model:
- Smart glasses frame front, bridge, nose pads and lens openings
- Temple arms with pockets for PCB, battery, speaker and mic
- Camera, sensor and button mounts with cutouts
- USB-C charging port cutouts and cable routing channels
- Lens grooves and seats for your supplied lenses
- Hinge and temple to front joint geometry
- Snap fit, screw bosses and two part shell splits
- AR glasses and wearable housings from sketches or renders
What you receive:
- STEP and 3D print ready STL files
- Editable SolidWorks source
- 2D drawings in PDF and DXF
- Clearance checked assembly of your supplied parts
Ideal for hardware startups, inventors and Kickstarter teams who need smart glasses, AR glasses and wearable enclosure CAD.

FAQ
Do you design the PCB, display or optics?
No. I do mechanical CAD only. Send your PCB, battery, camera and display or lens dimensions (STEP files are best) and I build the frame and enclosure around them.
What files will I receive, and do you print the parts?
STEP and 3D print ready STL files. Standard and Premium also include SolidWorks source files, and Premium adds PDF and DXF drawings. I deliver CAD files only and do not print, assemble or ship anything.
Can you start from a sketch or render?
Yes. Add the component sizes and your target frame dimensions (lens width, bridge, temple length). Accuracy depends on how much dimension detail the references give.
Do you run simulation or certification?
No. I don’t do structural simulation, safety testing or regulatory or medical certification. The work is CAD modeling and fit checking.
