Do you compare two exports manually to find missing records, different amounts, duplicates, or invalid rows?
I build lightweight reconciliation and reporting automations around the systems you already use.
Typical examples include orders vs invoices, invoices vs payments, shipments vs orders, or two periodic exports that need to be checked against each other.
I can match records by an agreed key, compare amounts with a tolerance, separate matched and mismatched records, flag records that exist only on one side, identify duplicates or invalid rows, and export a clear exception report.
For a recurring process, I can also build a small reusable browser or Python utility when it fits the agreed scope.

This Gig does not replace your ERP/accounting system. Complex accounting logic, fuzzy/one-to-many matching, direct ERP/API integrations, authentication, and backend systems require a custom offer.

What do you need to define the reconciliation?
I need two anonymized sample files, the matching key, the fields or amounts to compare, any tolerance rule, and a short description of the expected exception report.
Can you handle duplicates?
Yes. Duplicates can be flagged explicitly. I do not automatically merge or sum ambiguous duplicate records unless that behavior is clearly defined and agreed in advance.
Do you support fuzzy matching or one-to-many matching?
The standard Gig uses conservative, explicit matching rules. Fuzzy matching, one-to-many logic, and complex accounting reconciliation require a custom scope.
Can the result be reused every week or month?
Yes. If the process is stable, I can build a reusable browser or Python workflow within an agreed scope. The required package depends on the rules and output.
Is this a replacement for accounting software or an ERP?
No. The service automates manual checking between existing exports and systems. It is not intended to replace accounting software or an ERP.
