What information do you need to get started?
Right after you order, I'll send you a short intake form covering your team size, goals, context, and any relevant background. The more detail you share, the better I can tailor the workshop. We'll also have a prep call before I start designing.
What if my workshop topic doesn't fit the categories you mentioned?
The packages work for any topic where teams need to think, align, or make decisions together — not just the ones listed. Leadership, communication, onboarding, culture, innovation — send me a message and we'll figure out if it's a good fit.
What platform do you use for facilitation?
I facilitate via Zoom, Google Meet, or your team's preferred platform. The Miro board works alongside any video call tool.
What if my team doesn't use Miro?
I can adapt the interactive board to MURAL or FigJam, or deliver all activities in a structured document format instead. Just let me know when you order.
What does the strategic summary include?
It's a concise document — usually 1 to 2 pages — covering the key insights that emerged during the session, decisions the team reached, open questions or tensions identified, and recommended next steps. It's designed to be actionable, not just a transcript.
Can I reuse a workshop we've already run together?
If we've worked together before and you want to run an adapted version of a previous workshop, reach out directly for a custom offer — the pricing is different for existing designs.
Do you offer multi-session programs or ongoing collaboration?
Yes. If you're looking to design a series of workshops or a full learning journey over time, send me a message and we'll build a custom proposal together.
Do you offer sessions in Spanish too?
Yes! I can design workshops in both English and Spanish. Just let me know your language preference when you order.
