I've worked with Salesforce CRM every day for 2+ years managing a nonprofit's member and donor database, so I know the everyday problems: duplicates, incomplete records, imports gone wrong and reports nobody trusts.

FAQ
Do you need access to my Salesforce org?
For reports, dashboards and in-place cleanup, yes. The safest option is to create a separate user for me, which you can deactivate when we finish. For imports or analysis, you can also just send me an Excel/CSV export.
Will you delete any of my data?
Never without your approval. Before merging or deleting anything, I send you a list of the affected records to confirm, and I recommend taking a backup export first.
Do you work with Salesforce Nonprofit (NPSP)?
Yes, that's where most of my experience comes from: donors, members, recurring donations and campaigns.
Can you write Apex code or build custom apps?
No. This gig covers data, reports and day-to-day configuration, not development.
