My role is to translate the design vision into a comprehensive package of technical drawings, ensuring that every contractor had precise information for on-site execution.
The scope of my work included the full development of:
- Finishes & Interior Details: Layouts for flooring, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and wall finishes.
- MEP Systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing): Technical plans for lighting, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitation.
- Elevations & Sections: Technical drawings of all interior environments to ensure total spatial clarity.
