About this gig
I will create hand drawn illustrations of urban or natural landscapes.
I work from the reference photo you give me. You can also ask me if you want to incorporate or modify something from the photo so I can incorporate it in the illustration.
Although my style is realistic, I always like to try in some way my illustrations to transmit sensations: to enhance some aspect, to focus on some sector. The colors influence a lot, where to apply them and with what intensity.
Realistic are the photos, I take advantage of my art to reinterpret.
When you ask me for an illustration, you can tell me what your intention is, what you would like to convey, what you want it for. We can work with that

Hi, my name is Agustina, I'm from Argentina, I'm an architect. Besides working in architectural design and construction I like drawing very much. I teach at the university in subjects related to drawing and graphic expression. I have a notebook that I take everywhere, especially when I travel. I like to draw what I see and give them my own interpretation. Above all I enjoy being able to transmit an atmosphere and sensations with my drawings.
FAQ
What medium are you using for the illustrations?
Drawing on high quality watercolor paper 100% cotton. To highlight some details I use ink or graphite. The watercolors are professional.
How do you make the illustrations?
With a pencil I make the main lines of the composition. Then I start with the watercolors working in layers that need some time to dry each other. As I advance in the layers I add shadows and details. Finally I incorporate with pencil some textures and definitions.
