Will the emails come from my address?
Yes. Confirmations and alerts are sent from the Gmail account the system is set up on.
Can I change the form questions later?
Yes. You can edit the form at any time. New questions appear in the sheet automatically.
Google showed me a warning when I approved the script. Is that normal?
Yes. Google shows it once for any private script it hasn’t reviewed. You approve it once, and the script runs only inside your own account.
