What files do I need to provide to get started?
Please provide your logo or artwork in the best quality format you have, such as JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS. If you don't have a logo yet, just send me a text description or a rough sketch, and I can design it for you from scratch using Wilcom e4.2!
Which embroidery machine formats will I receive?
I will deliver the industry-standard DST and EMB source files by default. However, I can provide any format you need for your specific machine, including PES, EXP, JEF, XXX, HUS, or CND. Just let me know what format your machine uses!
Can you digitize logos for 3D Puff or caps/hats?
Yes, absolutely! I am an expert in creating specialized files for 3D Foam/Puff embroidery as well as structured caps. Please mention this when ordering, as cap designs require a specific bottom-up, center-out digitizing sequence to avoid puckering.
What if the design doesn't stitch out perfectly on my machine?
Your satisfaction is my top priority. I optimize every file with the correct underlay, density, and pull compensation. If you experience any thread breaks or tension issues during your test sew, just send me a photo and I will edit the file for free until it runs perfectly.
Can you resize an existing embroidery file?
Yes, I can resize your designs. However, for the best results, it is always highly recommended to use the original EMB source file rather than just a DST file. Resizing a DST file too drastically can ruin the stitch density, whereas the EMB file allows me to recalculate the stitches perfectly.
