Why does your pricing start higher than some other sellers?
Many low-price gigs only render from an existing 3D model or offer very limited scope. My service includes accurate 3D modeling from your real drawings, realistic materials, lighting, camera setup, and exterior presentation. Every render is hand-built in 3ds Max and Lumion, not generated from AI
Do you use AI to create the renders?
No. My exterior renders are hand-modeled from your real plans, sketches, photos, and references. I use 3ds Max and Lumion to create accurate 3D models and realistic renderings. AI images can look nice, but they often do not match real dimensions, materials, or construction details.
What resolution will I receive?
I normally deliver high-quality 4K renders. If you need 8K output for large-format printing, marketing, or special presentation use, please tell me before ordering and I can arrange it.
What do you need to start the project?
Floor plans and elevations are best. I can also work from sketches, photos, dimensions, reference images, material names, paint colors, and inspiration images. If your drawings are incomplete, please message me first so I can check the scope.
How many views or angles do I get?
The Basic package includes 1 front exterior view. The Standard package includes 3 exterior views. The Premium package includes 8 exterior views, source file, and a short walkthrough animation.
Are revisions really unlimited?
Yes, revisions are unlimited within the original agreed scope. This includes adjustments to materials, colors, lighting, camera angles, and minor details. New design directions, extra views, major layout changes, full landscape design, or additional buildings may require a custom quote.
Do you provide full landscape, pool, patio, or backyard design?
This gig includes basic exterior context such as driveway, lawn, plants, cars, and surroundings. Full landscape, pool, patio, or backyard design is a separate scope and may require a custom quote. Also I have a dedicated Gig for back yard landscape design, you can also check that
Do you provide source files?
The source file is included in the Premium package only. For Basic and Standard packages, the source file can be added with a custom offer.
Do you provide walkthrough animation?
Yes. A short exterior walkthrough animation is included in the Premium package. Longer cinematic walkthroughs or animation for larger projects require a custom quote.
Can you work on commercial or ongoing builder projects?
Yes. I can work on residential homes, light commercial exteriors, builder presentations, real estate visuals, and repeat projects. For multiple houses or ongoing work, please message me for a custom offer.
