What if Apple rejects my app?
I'll review the rejection reason and resubmit with fixes at no extra cost within the package's revision limit.
Do you need access to my source code?
Only if the build isn't already exported/archived. If you have a working .ipa or Xcode project, that's enough.
How long does Apple's review take after you submit?

Can you write the In-App Purchase code, not just configure it?
