If you're looking for a detail-oriented accountant/bookkeeper to handle monthly financial reconciliation across multiple platforms and consolidate everything into a custom spreadsheet (provided).
This is an ongoing role with consistent monthly work.
What Youll Be Doing
Each month, you will:
Pull financial data from multiple platforms (e.g. Shopify, payment processors, ad platforms, etc.)
Reconcile:
Revenue
Fees
Refunds
Payouts
Ensure all figures match across platforms
Input clean, accurate data into our custom spreadsheet template
Flag discrepancies and investigate mismatches
Maintain consistency with previous months reporting
