Need a clearer invoice spreadsheet? I will clean one structured Excel or CSV invoice sheet and flag potential duplicates for your review.
This pilot covers up to 100 rows and 10 columns. I will trim unnecessary spaces, standardize agreed text fields, format clear dates and numeric amounts, and check duplicate candidates using supplier, invoice number, currency and amount. Missing fields, ambiguous dates and conflicting amounts will be listed for review.
You receive an Excel workbook with the original data preserved, a cleaned review sheet, duplicate flags and concise exception notes. Records are flagged rather than deleted. Duplicate flags do not prove duplicate payment.

No. I flag potential duplicate records and preserve the original data. A matching record is not proof of duplicate payment; you decide what to investigate or retain.
What is included in one revision?
Corrections or clarifications to the agreed work on the same original file. A new file, extra rows or a new analysis is outside this package.
