How do I give you access to my Azure account securely?
You do not need to share your username or password. You will simply invite my email address as a "Guest User" in your Azure Entra ID and assign me the "Contributor" role ONLY for the specific Resource Group that needs fixing. I will guide you through this process.
Is my data safe?
Yes. As a professional engineer, I adhere to strict privacy standards. I only access the specific resources required to fix your issue. Once the job is marked complete, I recommend you immediately remove my access.
What if you cannot fix my issue?
I operate on a value-first basis. If I investigate and determine the issue cannot be resolved (or is caused by a Microsoft-side outage), I will be honest with you. We can cancel the order, and you will not be charged.
Do you need access to my local router for VPN setups?
For Site-to-Site VPNs, I handle the complete Azure configuration. However, you (or your local network admin) will need to apply the configuration parameters I provide to your on-premise device (e.g., Cisco, Fortigate, Ubiquiti).
