I will provide comprehensive industrial design services

About this gig
Do you want to build a product with character and style??
Projects start with discovery. I talk to users, map out what they actually need, and write product requirements before touching any CAD. My workflow is as follows
- In concept phase I sketch industrial design directions and visual forms to stress-test ideas early, before engineering locks anything in.
- For detailed development I use SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, and AutoCAD. Models are built with DFM and DFA in mind from the start not patched for manufacturability at the end. I also prepare 3D print and CNC-ready outputs for prototype validation.
- Visualization is done in KeyShot and Illustrator. Renders and technical presentations are built to communicate to manufacturers, not just look good in a portfolio.
- Final stage is production support tolerancing, source file prep, and direct coordination with manufacturers until the part is made correctly.
- I also support in providing documentation for regulatory approval in your country.
All projects run under NDA. IP protection isn't a checkbox; it's built into how I structure every engagement.

FAQ
What software do you use for product design and engineering?
I use SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, Siemens NX, and AutoCAD for CAD modeling and engineering design. For visualization and presentation, I use KeyShot for rendering and Adobe Illustrator for technical graphics and documentation.
Do you provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) support?
Yes. All designs are developed with DFM and DFA principles from the start, ensuring parts are optimized for manufacturing methods, assembly efficiency, and cost control rather than being adjusted at the final stage.
Can you take a product from concept to production?
Yes. My workflow covers the full cycle from user research and concept sketches to 3D CAD development, prototyping, DFM optimization, and production-ready source files with manufacturer coordination.
Do you help with prototyping?
Yes. I prepare prototypes using 3D printing and CNC-ready outputs to validate form, fit, and function before moving into mass production.
What industries do you specialize in?
I work primarily in Consumer Electronics, Medical Devices, and Smart Appliances, focusing on products that require a balance of usability, engineering precision, and manufacturability.
Do you work with manufacturers?
Yes. I provide production support including tolerancing, file preparation, and direct coordination with manufacturers to ensure designs are correctly executed in production.
Will my idea be kept confidential?
Yes. All projects are handled under NDA, and confidentiality is integrated into every stage of the design and development process to protect intellectual property.
What tools do you use for visualization?
I use KeyShot for high-quality rendering and Adobe Illustrator for creating technical drawings and presentation materials intended for manufacturers and stakeholders
Can you improve an existing product design?
Yes. I can analyze existing designs, identify engineering or usability issues, and refine them for better performance, manufacturability, and user experience.
What do you need to start a project?
I typically start with your idea, problem statement, or existing sketches. From there, I define requirements through user and product discovery before moving into concept and development stages.
