Which platform should I choose?
I can use n8n, Make or Zapier. Share your apps, expected usage and budget, and I will recommend a suitable platform before we confirm the order. Each package covers one automation platform.
What counts as a workflow or an action?
A workflow starts with one trigger and follows an agreed business process. Each trigger or action is one step. Branches, custom API calls and AI steps count toward the package limit. We agree the complete flow before work begins.
Are subscriptions, hosting and API fees included?
No. You own and pay for your automation platform, apps, hosting and any AI/API usage. I will identify the accounts and paid features needed before implementation.
Can you repair an existing workflow?
Yes, after reviewing the error and workflow structure. Send a description and redacted examples first. A repair or migration may need a custom offer rather than one of these new-build packages.
What does a revision include?
A revision adjusts the delivered workflow within the agreed scope. New apps, new business processes, additional workflows or major changes are quoted separately.
How should I provide access?
Use app invitations or scoped collaborator access wherever possible. Do not put passwords, secret keys or live customer data in the initial requirements. We will agree a suitable access method and use sample data for testing.
Are the package limits per workflow or in total?
All app, API and trigger/action limits are totals across the package. Basic includes up to 1 custom API source, Standard 2 and Premium 3 within the app limits. Each package uses one automation platform.
How are integration errors and troubleshooting handled?
We agree expected failures and test cases before development. I include setup and troubleshooting notes. If a workflow fails after delivery, share redacted errors so I can check whether it is an in-scope defect or a new requirement before proposing work.
