I will be your dedicated product manager and planner
Product Manager x Product Designer
About this Gig
I help founders and product teams turn a vague idea into a clear, buildable product strategy.
With 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager and Product Designer, I write the documents your team actually needs to move fast: PRDs that engineers can build from without back and forth, user stories that map directly to sprints, and roadmaps that tie every feature back to a real business goal.
What you'll get:
- A clear, structured PRD tailored to your product
- User stories broken down and ready for your backlog
- A prioritized roadmap based on user impact and business value
- Sprint planning support to keep your team aligned
I've worked across SaaS, mobile, and web products, helping teams cut through ambiguity and ship with confidence. I use AI augmented workflows to move faster without sacrificing quality, so you get a thorough, well reasoned strategy on a realistic timeline.
If you're a founder who needs to hand your dev team something clear, or a product lead who needs a second set of eyes on your roadmap, let's talk. Message me before ordering if your project has specific requirements.

FAQ
Do you need access to my existing product or team before starting?
Not always, but it helps. If you can share any existing docs, user feedback, or context about your product, I'll build a stronger, more accurate strategy from day one.
What if I don't have a clear idea yet, just a rough concept?
That's fine. Part of my job is turning a rough concept into a structured PRD and roadmap. We can start there.
Can you work with my existing PRD or roadmap instead of starting from scratch?
Yes. I can review, restructure, or extend an existing document rather than rebuilding it from zero.
Do you also design the product, or only the strategy?
Both, product design is available as an add-on or a separate gig. This gig is focused specifically on strategy and planning documents.
How do revisions work?
Each package includes a set number of revisions based on feedback. I'll ask clarifying questions upfront to minimize back and forth.
