What inbound sources can you connect?
Any source that sends data via email, webhook, or sheet ,Gmail inboxes, contact forms, Typeform/Tally submissions, Google Sheets, Calendly bookings. I do not support sources requiring authenticated API access outside these methods.
How does the AI scoring work?
I configure a scoring prompt based on your ideal customer profile. Each lead gets a 1-10 relevance score. You set the threshold for what counts as "hot" vs "nurture."
What happens if no leads qualify?
The workflow sends a "no qualifying leads" message. You always know it's running, not broken.
Do I need technical setup?
Minimal. You need access to your inbound source and a channel for alerts. I deliver the workflow with a setup guide. Most buyers run within 30 minutes.
Can you add more sources later?

How much do API calls cost per run?
